HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

A WORLD WHERE EVERYONE HAS A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE

The Monroe County chapter of Habitat for Humanity had a website that was outdated and not compatible with social media, and search engine standards which is now a primary means of connecting with their target audience. Working in partnership with Quiet Light Films, LLC, we built an entirely new website utilizing interface design, user experience (UX/UI) and a new information architecture. We established social media channels for the non-profit organization as well as trained key stakeholders on standard practices for social media and online marketing. Also added to the new site was the ability to accept donations with the click of a button. The mobile friendly, responsive website now allows Habitat for Humanity to connect and better organize with 3 target audiences: people in need, volunteers willing to help and those wanting to donate.

DIGITAL CINEMATOGRAPHY

For the 20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner of Monroe County Habitat for Humanity, Quiet Light Films, LLC, a collaboration between filmmakers Eric S. Rowe and Jordan D. Lewis, developed a comprehensive graphics and film campaign. Eric’s involvement included on-location cinematography, editing, and post production of the final product. The film, which was shown as a featured presentation to over 200 attendees for the celebration dinner, was well received and also posted online via various social media channels

NONPROFIT CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT FROM SALESFORCE

Seeking to build and nurture long-term relationships with a true purpose of value I identified the need for a unified back office workflow for Monroe County Habitat for Humanity.

In collaboration with Quiet Light Films LLC, our goal was to help the customer increase volunteer outreach, raise more resources, customize internal and external communications, and overall, just operate more efficient. Through the “Power of Us” program offered by Salesforce.org, we were able to establish a layer of efficiency, when implemented, redefined the non-profit’s entire business process.

We developed and instituted a comprehensive CRM platform solution that provided a single, unified view of every interaction with supporters, members, funders, volunteers, and affiliates. Total success defined.
